Andrews Land Holdings is a small, family-owned land company. We buy bulk acreage and split it into larger rural tracts for people who want to live in the country. We’re not developers — no dense subdivisions.
Husband, father, investor.
I love being a dad. I work from home and get to spend my time putting together land deals from my home office. (You may even hear my kids in the background from time to time on a call.)
Who doesn’t love land? Most banks don’t offer loans that make land ownership easy, and plenty of buyers would love to own land but just need help getting started.
I have an amazing team who help connect investors with buyers, and we have a good time doing it.
